Are you an IT Support Analyst, looking for a flexible role, working with a young and dynamic Head of IT at a market leading, vibrant Professional Services Company in London?

We are looking for a dedicated, forward-thinking, and pro-active, IT Support Analyst. You will be a people person, friendly, confident, motivated, be a self- starter, and have the ability to hit the ground running.

You will be passionate & ambitious about IT and be an excellent team player- ability to as work part of a team or alone as required.

The purpose of the role is to provide knowledge and support to all users within the company for the Application and IT systems, with a focus on the company's CRM application and associated web-based systems. The role will give the right person an opportunity to learn and grow- you will be supporting the delivery of various exciting projects and be working with cutting-edge technologies. The role will be mainly 2nd line support.

Based in a desirable city location, you will be working as part of a dynamic IT team in a fast-paced environment. You will work within a good flat team structure. There is a relaxed casual wear policy with a management style that is quite laid back and open. It is ideal if you have worked within a recruitment organisation.

You will be confident in dealing with different types of people within a commercial setting. You will have the desire to understand business operations and working practices.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will -

  • Have the opportunity to work on various technologies and key business projects.
  • Be provided an allocated budget for training on an area of your choice .e.g. Qualifications for Microsoft Azure, which is really exciting. The role can give you an opportunity to grow- some technical development will be offered.
  • Provide support for the company CRM, timesheet systems and for the company candidate screening service.
  • Provide general day to day support for systems, software and user queries.
  • Monitor, update and resolve of Service Desk tickets by adhering to the incident and request fulfilment policy. This can be expanded to any other activity taken on by the Service Desk.
  • Report and escalate any issues that can impact the business.
  • Support any new applications.

What you need to be a successful IT Support Analyst:

  • Have worked in the Recruitment Sector- commercial experience is beneficial.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving experience.
  • Be confident supporting C- Level members of the organisation.
  • Have a very strong IT background e.g., CompTIA Certification, or this could be your Second IT job. (1 year min experience).
  • Have the ITIL Foundation/knowledge
  • Having experience of CRM is beneficial
  • MDM experience - InTune
  • Office 365 and Azure administration including MS Teams
  • Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Server 2016)
  • Cloud Telephony experience
  • Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V
  • Working knowledge and supporting Citrix VDI.
  • Have a very high level of initiative and a desire to understand business operations and working practices.
  • Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptop and other IT hardware such as desk phones and conferencing equipment.
  • Use and administration of Active Directory & creation and maintenance of technical procedure and user guides.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical procedures and user guides.

Desirable-

  • Have an understating of Data Integrity and Data Analysis.
  • Dynamics 365, Mercury xRM support
  • Mobile phone support (multiple OS - Android, Apple, etc)
  • Exchange administration
  • IIS configuration and knowledge
  • Experience with MS-SQL Server, SSMS and T-SQL
