Are you an IT Support Analyst, with 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd line support experience, looking for a new exciting role, at a leading charity?
The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient maintenance of IT services across the charity. You will be providing 1st/2nd and 3rd line IT support including project coordination and IT administration, ensuring high standards of customer service by supporting staff and the charity's services, with a range of IT related requests via the helpdesk ticket system.
You will bring in your personable and accessible approach to communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships. You will be working within a very friendly environment and within an excellent work culture.
£25K-£27K (Excellent benefits package-includes 30 days of A/L, Contributory Pension Scheme of 5% , Volunteering paid leave).
