£60,000- £ 60,650pa (plus London Weighing allowance of £4,611) (Plus an excellent benefits package- Up to 32 days of a/l, Generous pension contribution, broad range of learning development opportunities and an award-winning health and wellbeing programme.).

Fully Remote/ Very flexible role (flexibility can be discussed i.e., you can compress the 35hours in 4 days/week or work out how you want to split the 70 hours over 10 days).

As a Data UX Designer, you will use your appeal for what motivates people to help solve the problems they face when they're interacting with the organisation's digital products and services. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Digital Products & Customer Journeys and joining recently created and expanding Digital Product team where you'll be managing a small team of Learning Designers - ensuring UX best practices are instilled in the team.

Your experience in user-centric design and Agile methodologies will be used to help shape the new UX and design processes they're looking to rollout across the Group.

The role-

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for tasks including-

  • Working closely with the Product Managers, Senior UI Designer and Engineering team- you'll play a significant role in finding out what their members and customers need, and translating these into innovative, inclusive, desirable and value-adding digital experiences.
  • Defining and rolling out new, end-to-end UX design processes- you'll decide which research methods should be used to gain insights into their customers and members work directly with their Senior UI Designer, Product Managers and Engineering team to bring your prototypes to life.
  • Organise and manage user research, using a variety of face-to-face and online methodologies that provides insight about their users and their needs, to inform product development and design.
  • Provide a thorough review of the organisation's digital products and with the Product Manager plan and prioritise improvements that can be made to current customer journeys.
  • Prototype ideas for user research, A/B testing and gaining stakeholder buyin.
  • Support with customer journey mapping for journeys across all digital products and services.

As an experienced UX Designer, you will -

  • Be a strong UX Designer, having B2C environment experience.
  • Be Familiar with hosting and managing UX Research.
  • Be comfortable with working in a matrix environment and different teams.
  • Be able to manage different projects all at the same time.
  • Be designing digital products for mobile, app and web
  • Have experience of developing iterative concepts, designs and solutions using Agile methodology
  • Have in 3 years' experience as a UX Designer.
  • Ideally have line managed
  • Ideally having experience working in a membership organisation /non-profit
  • Ideally having some understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS Javascript

Interview process-

One stage online interview- includes an informal chat with the line manager and talking through portfolio and previous projects.
