PA to 2 Professors within engineering

3 months rolling contract

Starting 17/08/2022

Central London

£15.66 min per hour holiday pay

36.50 hours per week

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the leading largest University's in who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary 3 month contract. You will be supporting 2 Professors within engineering as a PA and occasionally support the marketing and communication manager.

Main Duties:

As a PA to 2 Professors you will be responsible for the below:

• Diary management, Mailbox management, travel arrangement, managing post and booking meetings.
• First point of contact with staff, students and external stakeholders.
• Providing documents before meetings, minute taking and updating relevant members of actions processed as well as delayed actions.
• Organising events from start to end liaising with venues, hospitality and updating RSVP's.
• Assisting with market research, grant applications and Processing expenses.

Requirements:

As a PA to 2 Professors you must have the below:

• Proven experience taking minutes and diary management.
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of working in PA role within the higher education sector.
• Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
