Finance Business Partner - Asset Management

Location: St James House, Surbiton but may occasionally be required to work from any other YMCA St Paul's Group site.

Contract: Permanent; Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Closing date: 30th August 2021

About the role

As a member of the Finance team, to assist in the production of timely and reliable monthly management accounts, together with such accounts, statistics, and other information as are required by regulatory and statutory authorities, and provide high-quality financial information to Senior Managers and budget holders, whilst continuously looking for ways to improve business performance across the Association.

Applicants should have:

  • AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA/CIMA (part) qualified
  • Numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate complex information and data.
  • Experience in management accounting and budgeting
  • Experience with market-leading finance systems e.g. Sage, Sun Accounts, Microsoft Dynamics, Brixx, etc.
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively, with the ability to consult wherever necessary
