Morgan Hunt is an award-winning recruitment agency with offices across the UK and over 100 employees.

Our Private Sector finance team has been established for over 15 years, specialising in the recruitment of finance professionals within the Legal and Accountancy Practice Sectors. Due to unprecedented growth and increased demand among our desks, we are currently seeking to add an additional 3 recruitment consultants to the team in a full 360 capacity.

We often get together to celebrate wins and also are there to support each other on the inevitable tough days experienced within any recruitment market.

Every consultant/ senior consultant is given the opportunity and support to continue the growth of an already established and warm desk as well as the freedom the expand and develop a strong client & candidate portfolio of their own. In addition, Morgan Hunt offer a very transparent career pathway in which consultants can progress to manager/ director level quickly.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Register appropriate candidates to build database through methods, including advertising, referrals and headhunting.
  • Question candidates to gain information to qualify applicants.
  • Build long term candidate relationships to gain market intel, referrals etc.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to secure repeat business and develop sector knowledge.
  • Build long standing relationships with clients through regular contact including client meetings.
  • Generate new business through effective sales calls and approaches.
  • Advocate all processes on the CRM to ensure proper usage and compliance.


Key requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within a recruitment or sales environment (within the professional services space - desirable)
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication.
  • Proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • The ability to build working relationships with a range of people at all levels.
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve the way that work is done.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Works successfully as part of a team, sharing knowledge, collaborating with and supporting colleagues.
  • Ability to tackle a job keeping in mind the end-to-end process.
