Morgan Hunt are working with an Education organisation who are recruiting for a permanent Senior HR Business Partner. This growing, East London based, organisation is looking for a Senior HRBP and is paying from £45,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience/skills.
This Senior HRBP role will report into a Director and line manage 2 HR Advisors. The organisation is looking for a strong willed and confident individual to lead and guide the team and head up a majority of the HR activities for them. It will be to provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members and deliver strategic and operational people projects and initiatives that maximise performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the organisation.
A summary of the main duties and responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:
Assist in the review, development and successful implementation of progressive people policies, processes and plans to drive continuous engagement and embed a performance culture across the organisation.
Person specification of the Senior HR Business Partner:
This role will be integral for the organisation and therefore will be mainly based in the office however they are flexible on homeworking as/when needed as well.
