Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UK's Government Executive Agencies in their search for an interim Correspondence and Submissions Manager to respond to all queries from Ministers, MPs and the general public as well as some from the Cabinet Office and clients.
You will be responsible to collating relevant information and ensuring timely response to queries in the form of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SAR), Member of Parliament (MP) enquiries, and Prime Minister Questions (PMQ). You will liaise with expects in each area to ensure correct responses are collated and will provide advice across the organisation.
You will have experience within a parliamentary team, having managed and responded to Parliament Enquiries, FOIs, SARs and Prime Minister Questions. You will be process driven, yet versatile, with strong stakeholder management, organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
This is an interim opportunity and will offer the potential for extension, and you may be required to attend the London or Birmingham Office on rare occasion.
