Pay Rate: £17.39ph PAYE WTR £2.10 Total: £19.49ph
Hours: 37.5 hrs - Flexible between 07:00am to 5pm Mon to Fri
Location: Uxbridge - Home Working available for suitable candidates
Duration 6 months on going contract
We are ideally looking for candidates with Health Roster experience either someone working on an e-rostering helpdesk answering calls and emails and administering payroll etc.
Also candidates with a lot of experiencing implementing the software and training/coaching new users or we will consider trainers from other backgrounds if there are no e-rostering experienced staff.
The E-Rostering project is a major service improvement initiated by the Trust, as part of its cost efficiency drive. A growing number of NHS organisations are reporting significant benefits from modern roster management technology.
The role of the E-Rostering Adviser is to assist the E-Rostering Team Leader in providing a comprehensive Help Desk support service to all users of the system and to develop and maintain a range of reports that support the Trust's management objectives.
The post holder will when necessary challenge users to ensure that they are creating cost effective rosters which support the budget. The post holder will provide training on the system and project support on the roll out to new departments as required.
This is a 6 month on going contract role to support the implementation of absence management functionality to new areas within the trust who have not previously used Health Roster. There will be a high level end user training and supporting users who are new to the software re. You will need to enjoy working collaboratively with people and have excellent customer service
