Hybrid Floating Support Worker

Job description

I am currently looking for a Hybrid Floating Support Worker to join of our charities based in North London. The Hybrid Floating Support Worker position is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and has flexibility working from home, in the community and from the main office.

Responsibilities within the Hybrid Floating Support Worker position:

• Holding a case load of key clients conducting key work sessions to result in SMART Support plans
• Completing Needs & Risk Assessments
• Assisting clients around Council Tax, Housing benefits and welfare benefits
• Supporting clients around Work, Education and employment
• Helping service user around health care, mental health and physical health

For the Hybrid Floating Support Worker position you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or one that is on the update service.
