Are you a Digital Learning Developer - based in London, looking for a new role? If so one of Morgan Hunt's clients, a Trade Union and Professional Body, would love to hear from you!

Remote working (subject to change to hybrid in 2022).

Up to £ 36,237 per annum, includes London weighting.

12 months Fixed Term contract.

As a Digital Learning Developer you will create digital outputs & support the delivery of the Trade Union's technology enhanced learning offer. You'll use your knowledge of LMS and online learning, to deliver a range of learning experiences.

You will be working with the Senior Digital Learning Designer on the following areas- administration of the LMS, the creation of new & maintaining existing online learning materials - using a range of media for Learning Management system and web-based delivery. You will provide creative and technical expertise in delivering content on CMS and LMS.

The role-

As a Digital Learning Developer , you will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Supporting the Senior Digital Learning Designer operationally in the project management, development/maintenance of their online learning programme.
  • Uploading new programmes and module content/fully utilise the Learning Management (LMS) System features.
  • Staying UpToDate on new emerging user needs, computing technologies and partaking in discussions, to enhance the Trade Union's online learning offer.
  • Create assets - recording webinars and podcasts, including 'how to guides.

As an experienced Digital Learning Developer , you will have-

  • Demonstrated your Learning Management systems specialism
  • Managed learning management systems and blended learning
  • Have strong experience with blended learning courses and administration of these
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Recorded podcasts and webinars

Additional experience desired -

  • Experience using tools- Moodle or Totara.
  • If you have worked in the Education Sector
  • If you have worked in the public sector, in the medical arena.

Deadline- 9th December.

Interview- 17th December.
