Developer, London, Dynamics CRM focus.
Fixed term contract until the end of 2022
Remote working/ hybrid role (office minimum- twice/week). Flexitime is offered.

At a highly significant & prestigious charity based in London. This exciting role is part of a £2mil project, with another similar charity as the two organisations have close synergy together. The aim of the project is to deliver a brand-new digital Recruitment and Joining System. The project will focus on joining up both charities' systems - moving and sharing the information across them.
As Developer, in London, you will take leadership of the technical integrations required by the project. You are expected to Plan, build and implement integrations between the two charities' existing digital systems & the new Recruitment and Joining System.
The Developer will be reporting to the Senior IT Manager and will work with both charities' IT teams, including the Programme and Project Manager to ensure that the integrations are joined up with other projects and guarantee timely delivery and testing
You will be joining a very friendly, young and collaborative team.
To understand the systems at both charities, that a recruitment & joining platform would need to integrate with (learning systems, membership systems, & databases).
Be responsible for day to-day coding, including the testing and testing plans.
Take ownership of platform integration activities and their maintenance- this involves working closely and effectively with suppliers.
Plan and map data across multiple systems
You will work with the Solutions Architect and data specialists, to ensure that the solutions built are most suitable & adequate.
Experience required for this backend Integration Engineer - Mid level role-
- The ability to plan, build and develop integrations for systems
- Experience with the systems used in both charities- Dynamics CRM Platform
- Advanced skills in XML, Restful API design and architecture, Open API's
- .NET, Java, C#
- Have the ability to Plan and map data across multiple systems, have a good understanding of the data.
- Possess good communication skills, as you will need to communicate well with the suppliers. (They have outsourced some areas of IT- includes their Infrastructure and desktop support).
-Experience of working well in a team, but also independently- using own initiative
