My Client:

My client is a well established Charity based in London, who are looking for a IT Development Manager to lead on the development of their Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a business critical role for my client, you will be providing system wide recommendations on key transformation projects. You will also lead a team of talented Developers and Systems Analysts.

Your Role:

• You will be the subject matter expert, providing strategic direction to internal stakeholders.
• To own the collaborative, planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be completed against the capacity and capability of the team
• You will provide system recommendations on transformation projects in non-technical language to key stakeholders
• Be responsible for ensuring all work packages assigned to line managed staff are understood and clearly documented following established procedures.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the Dynamics CRM and GO portal used by Girlguiding staff and volunteers.
• To work within the Agile methodology, to ensure work packages are delivered on time.
• To manage the end to end implementation and testing of major system updates to the Dynamics CRM /client portal and all web applications interfacing with them.
• To manage the development and release of complex workflows and processes following best practice, ensuring documentation is adhered to.
• To ensure enhancements and new features to systems are tested and fully documented
• To manage the penetration testing process for all major releases of core applications.
• To line manage the Development team and work closely with the product owners

• To keep abreast of technological developments, recommending areas for improvement and investigation where appropriate.

What you will need to be successful:

• Owning the end to end change and release management process
• Reporting project status, milestones, identifying issues and risks.
• Experience of working with Dynamicss 365 CRM
• Experience of working with Web API's
• MVC, HTML, CSSA, Visual Studio
• Experience of developing within an Azure environment with Web Apps
• Experience of using DevOps or similar delivery lifecycle management tool.
• Working within an agile environment to design, develop and implement new change features and software enhancements
• Working with internal stakeholders at various levels within the organisation
• Experience integrating 3rd party platforms with other applications.
