M365 Trainer

Job description

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a MS365 Trainer for leading public sector organisation.

The role

You will deliver training on the new MS365 upgrade to assist with this phase of work. You will responsible for the overall training of the O365 upgrade working closely with the IT Training Manager.

You must have experience of training in Power Apps or Power Automate.

You will be responsible for training needs analysis, the design and production of supporting materials such as user guides, quick reference guides and manuals. You will be responsible for managing webinar sessions, sharing your knowledge with other team members and working closely with the e-learning content team to provide the best available training courses. What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced IT Trainer, who is highly competent in delivering MS365 training, where you have delivered the training to various demographics of technical understanding. Ideally you will have experience in delivery into the Public sector.

You will be confident in your ability and passionate about your work, able to work independently
