PMO Support Analyst

£150 - £200 per day

Work from Home

3 months Contract with possible extension

My client:

A Leading government sector organisation are looking for a PMO Support Analyst to join their team and be responsible for central coordinating and maintaining a central view of work. You will be supporting the Project Manager and the PMO Lead.

Your role:

• As a PMO Support Analyst you will be acting as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Following up action plans, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reporting on actions and decisions on a weekly basis to the Project management team
• Ensuring decision log is maintained and up to date by liaising with the portfolio leads
• Organising meetings for internal and external stakeholders as well as taking minutes
• Support wider PMO team with the maintenance of management of project resourcing, planning tools, risk management and issues as required

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience as a PMO/ Project support officer
• Experience of liaising with a wide group and all level of stakeholders
• Brilliant time management and workload prioritisation
• Experience of managing and writing meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good problem solving ability

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power point
• Sharepoint experience
