Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be for around 3 months initially.
You will be responsible for:
- ensuring that all void and reactive maintenance, together with planned and cyclical maintenance, is applied throughout the properties, all in accordance with the regulatory compliance, our policies and procedures and the department's objectives.
- delivery of effective and efficient asset management
- pre-inspection checks, identifying works to be carried out and allocating these works to the appropriate contractor, including on void properties.
- gas servicing (with admin support)
- contractor management, ensuring that all legal and statutory obligations are adhered to.
