Job description
Morgan Hunt are currently seeking an experienced maintenance operative to join a property management firm located in North London.
Ideal candidate:
Holds a clean full UK drivers licence
Happy to be office based and called out when required
Duties:
Multi-skilled in all areas
Good carpentry skills
Plumbing knowledge
Electrical Knowledge
Check functionality of safety systems
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues (where applicable)
Install appliances and equipment
Ability to perform major fixes (where applicable)
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
Performing preventative maintenance
Handling repairs and maintenance
Maintaining records of any work and inspections carried out onsite
Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work)
Salary: £40,000 PA
Vehicle provided
Office based - will attend call outs when needed
