Morgan Hunt is looking for a temporary Maintenance Scheduler for our client in Norfolk. This is a office based role with the main office based in Norfolk.
Job Title- Maintenance Scheduler
Location- Norfolk
Salary- £15 per hour LTD/Umbrella
Contract- Temporary( 6 months), possibility to go permanent
Start Date- As soon as possible
Responsibilities for Maintenance Scheduler
- Professionally handle enquiries from all customers, document accordingly and resolve effectively.
- Utilise the issue resolution process, deal with calls to a conclusion or advise customer of next action/process
- Make outbound calls to update customers on progress and complete customer satisfaction surveys.
- Liaise with sub-contractors
Ideal candidate for Maintenance Scheduler
- Previous experience doing a similar role within Housing Maintenance
- Experience using Easybox
- Well organised and excellent at working to deadlines
