Job Type: Temporary - 12 weeks initially (could be an extension)

Key responsibilities
In this Neighbourhood Officer job, your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with anti-social behaviour & neighbour disputes
- Carrying out starter tenancy visits
- Undertaking block & estate inspections
- Dealing with safeguarding issues & domestic abuse
- Ensuring residents comply with the conditions of their tenancies
Skills & experience
- A proven track record working in a Housing or Neighbourhood Officer role
- Dealt with high risk ASB cases
- Has a DBS Issued within the last 3 months or on the update service
- Available to start ASAP - will need own car and business Insurance
