We have a current opportunity for a Nursery Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The position will be based in Brighton | Hove.
We are currently working with a busy, large Nursery Setting with a real ambition to make positive change and develop lasting relationships with staff, parents, children and the local community. Currently boasting 21 staff, a range or part and full time team members.
To be the successful Nursery Manager you will need to demonstrate the following experience.
The ability to lead form the front and make well informed decisions to support the Nursery setting and its best interests.
You will be a strong leader of people and be able to inspire and motivate your staff, to ensure all rooms are ran effectively.
