Operations Coordinator, People & Culture
3 Month Rolling Contract
Surrey - 2 in the days a month in the office
£14.29 per hour plus holiday pay
Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding Humanitarian Organisation who are looking for a Operations Coordinator, to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis . You will be assisting with the full employee cycle for national and international employees as well as supporting the HR team with various HR duties.
Main Duties:
As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
- Preparing contracts, sending letters, processing compliance such as references and Right to Work checks.
- Regular reporting, updating and filing relevant documents on to the database.
- Assisting with payroll,processing invoices and providing monthly financial reports.
- Organising meetings e.g probation, taking minutes and following up with relevant members.
Requirements:
As an Operations Coordinator you must have the below:
- Proven experience of working in an Administration role.
- Experience of working in HR related role
- Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
