This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a respected UK Charity.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of People you will be responsible for providing HR and Learning support to managers across the London region. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing complex employee relations issues and of supporting change programmes. Ideally this will include TUPE transfers. You need to have experience of building strong relationships with managers and acting as a trusted advisor. An ability to work in a fast paced multi-site environment is essential.
