Part time roles consisting of 24 hours spilt into 5.5 hour some day and 7.5 hours other days

Morgan Hunt are working with an exceptional Housing Association in Manchester who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the CEO with delivery, planning and various admin duties.

Main Duties:

As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the below:

  • Diary management, Mailbox management, travel arrangement, booking meetings and attending training.
  • Proofreading documents, preparing agendas, drafting letters as well as briefs, taking minutes for board meetings and updating relevant members of further actions.
  • Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and ordering stationary.
  • Assisting with various research, conducting internal and external events as well as implanting Health and safety training.
  • Welcoming guests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders .


As an Executive Assistant you must have the below: .

  • Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior management.
  • Proven knowledge of working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role within the Public Sector.
  • Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
