Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Policy & Performance Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Glasgow. At present this role is an office based role however hybrid working for this department is currently under review.

Working within a Housing Association you will be responsible for gathering all the information and coordinating the organisations ARC submission. This organisation repeat this process a 2nd time in the year for internal purposes so you would also be responsible for managing that process which would involve working with all managers to ensure they were submitting the correct data within certain timescales.

You will also be responsible for policies within the organisation. Your role would be to ensure each departments policies comply with legislation so therefore liaising again with managers to ensure these are written correctly.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • knowledge and experience of ARC submissions
  • high level of attention to detail
  • ideally have experience working in front line housing
  • excellent excel and IT skills

This is an excellent opportunity for someone perhaps looking to move from operational housing in to a more strategic role.

Please note salary is subject to a 5.25% increase from 1/4/2023.
