Repairs Administrator

£13 - £14 per hour

Job description

A housing association based in Glasgow is currently recruiting for a temporary Repairs Administrator. This is a 4 month contract and will be predominantly home working however you will still be required to attend the office from time to time.

The main duties of the role are :

  • taking repairs calls from tenants and processing them
  • raise work and inspection orders
  • liaise with contractors and technical officers
  • maintain the current approved contractor list

Experience required :

  • experience of working within a repairs environment
  • working to targets and deadlines
  • knowledge of complaint handling
  • excellent customer service skills
