Reward Coordinator
3 Month Rolling Contract
Surrey - 2 in the days a month in the office
£18.68 per hour plus holiday pay
Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding Humanitarian Organisation who are looking for a Reward Coordinator, to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis . You will be supporting the Head of Reward with strategy planning, payroll and renewal data.
Main Duties:
As a Reward Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
- Ensuring payments are made promptly for reward suppliers as well as managing end to end invoice process for national and international Reward suppliers.
- First point of contact for payroll queries and extracting data for renewal insurance.
- Assisting with payroll, managing the database and providing regular financial reports.
- Coordinating meetings, assisting with salary reviews as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
As a Reward Coordinator you must have the below:
- Proven experience of working in a HR, Payroll or Rewards team.
- Experience of working in HR related role.
- Ideally previous experience with SAP or similar HR Database.
- Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
