Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Admin Officer on a temporary basis. The position will start on 31st Jan and be for around 2 months.

You will be working from home with approximately 1 day per week in the office and for training purposes you will spend the first week in the office.

To be considered for the role you must be a good communicator, organised and have the ability to work using your own initative.

The main duties are:

  • First point of contact - Deal with enquiries over telephone/email.
  • Create appointments for clients and communicate with them regarding these
  • Data inputting
  • Mail application packs to clients

Good admin, telephone and customer service skills are essential for this role.
