Housing Administrator

Up to £12 per hour

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Administration Assistant (housing team) on a temporary basis for around 4 weeks (may be extended) This is a full time post which will be office based.

The position will be based in Glasgow. The main duties of the role are:

  • To provide administrative support to the Association's Housing Team. To work flexibly as an active member of the team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing, tenancy services and repairs services.
  • To communicate effectively as a first point of contact for service users, both on the telephone and by email/letter.
  • To liaise with other agencies on behalf of tenants and other customers to ensure a high quality of service delivery.

Skills and experience required are :

  • Good communication & administration skills
  • Previous experience working within housing/property/charity
  • Experience of dealing with the public face to face and on the telephone and of delivering excellent customer service

This role will be to start ASAP.
