Customer Services Advisor

£14 - £15 per hour

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Customer Services Adviser on a temporary basis for around 3 months.

The position will be based in Glasgow and is a full time office based role, Mon - Fri 9-5.

The main duties of the role are:

  • Provision of an efficient and courteous enquiry service to all customers, receiving and responding to telephone queries from customers. Areas include repairs, housing applications, rent payments, estate management and anti-social behaviour.
  • Maximising the proportion of enquiries that are resolved at the first point of contact. Directing enquiries to the appropriate person when these fall out with the remit of the Customer Contact Team.
  • Accurate processing of relevant documentation, including invoices, payments, written enquiries, etc.
  • Processing requests for repairs from tenants and for new developments
  • Provision of reception cover and duties between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Providing administrative support in the delivery of cyclical and planned maintenance programmes.
  • Responding to complaints

The role requires you to have excellent customer service skills and experience within either housing/ property/maintenance.

The role is to start ASAP.
