Job description

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a well established public sector organisation who require an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Lead on a 3 month contract.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company is legally compliant with equality legislation
  • Ensure continuing legal compliance through implementation of policies and procedures
  • Represent the company's EDI function at EMT and Board meetings
  • Offer guidance to the HROD teams to support solid compliance
  • Lead the review of the company's EDI Strategy and associated Action Plan
  • Create a high quality EDI dashboard

Role Requirements

  • High standard of interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experience of colleague networks and senior leadership engagement on the EDI agenda
  • Ability to manage the design and implementation of various HROD initiatives or policies
  • Chartered CIPD membership or relevant qualifications
  • Proven knowledge and application of equalities legislation and leading practice in EDI
  • History leading the EDI agenda on behalf of a well established organisation

Role Details

  • 3 month contract
  • Hybrid Working- must attend office 2/3 times a week
  • Edinburgh or Glasgow based
  • £200-£350 per day
  • Inside IR35
