Job description
Morgan Hunt is currently working with a well respected public sector organisation who require an Agile Coach on a 6 month contract.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous improvement
- Adapt processes to suit teams and their work and delivery
- Monitor cycle times using tools such as Actionable Agile
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts
- Contribute to a learning culture in Agile Community of Practice
- Support digital service delivery
- Concentrate on flow, limiting WIP
Role Requirements
- Agile experience
- Ability to embed agile practices in teams
- Understanding of agile product (software) development
- Knowledge of digital service delivery design
Role Details
- 6-month contract (possibility of extension)
- Hybrid Working-must attend office 2/3 times a week
- Edinburgh or Glasgow based
- £550-£650 per day
- Outside IR35
