Morgan Hunt are working with a cutting edge public sector body, who require a User Researcher on a 6 month contract.
Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate, prepare and conduct primarily qualitive research.
- Offer artefacts such as insights, finding reports and recommendations
- Ensure system touch-points during a users' life time with the company are part of a consistent experience
- Facilitate workshops and co-design services
- Compliment sprint cycle by delivering UX feedback to agile delivery teams
- Coach and support the UX community
- Support any secondary activities
Role Requirements
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience in facilitating difficult discussions within a team
- History working within an agile environment
- Knowledge of delivery government services following the Scottish Government Digital First Service Standard
Role Details
- 6 month contract
- Hybrid Working- must attend the office 2/3 days a week
- Edinburgh or Glasgow based
- £500-£550 per day
- Outside IR35
