Construction Site Administrator

Administrator, temporary 12 months job, Dundee, Scotland, £11,50 per hour 4 hours per day.

Due to a busy development this has created the job opening for an experienced Administrator to join their site team in Dundee.

Your new role

You will provide admin support to the Project Manager and Site Management team. You will ensure the smooth running of the office support function on site and will contribute to the continued improvement of processes and efficiency.

Duties include:

  • Organise and manage the site office
  • Maintain and manage senior management diaries
  • Ensure all personnel signs in and out of site
  • Handling incoming / outgoing telephone calls
  • Document filing & storage
  • Electronic file storage & management
  • Purchase and management of general office consumables & sundry items
  • Document processing and distribution
  • Prepare and distribute reports for the management team
  • General administration duties

What you will need to succeed

You will have experience in a similar role or HNC qualified in Administration. You will have the ability to plan, co-ordinate, and organise effectively. Your new job will require you to have high standards of self-discipline to set, maintain and be professional in all aspects of your role. Key requirements are:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Competency at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate an ability to work methodically and analytically with good attention to detail
  • Work on own initiative and can manage many different tasks concurrently
