Job description

I have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join my valued client based in Dundee for a Fixed term Contract.

Based within the heart of Dundee, my client who is an established business, require an experienced Administrator to join them within their Logistics Team. This is a contract role to cover a period of maternity leave and will be based within a welcoming and settled team.

Please note this is a physical role with manual lifting along with admin-based duties.

Within this busy role you will be supporting the Manager and existing team with duties such as:

  • Support the Team with inputting and processing orders to be dispatched
  • Receiving orders into system and ensuring all data is correct
  • Coordinate logistics documentation and completion of all necessary paperwork
  • Checking in, dispatching and invoicing of goods
  • Stock control - physical checks required along with picking and packing of orders up to 20kg

To be considered for this position you must be an experienced Administrator who can carry out the manual lifting requirements of this contract. You will be a team player and happy to help where required. Excellent attention to detail is essential along with good IT skills.
