Job description

I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with my client based in the Glasgow area to recruit for a permanent Administrator to join their team.

My client who is an established business, require an experienced Administrator to join them within their Construction Team. Ideally you would have worked as an Administrator within a Construction business, however, an experienced Administrator would be considered.

No two days are the same in this busy role. You will be supporting the Director with duties which will include:

  • Producing various progress reports on their in-house system and Excel
  • Procurement and monitoring of valued supplies
  • Health and Safety administration including liaising with Auditors
  • Diary management
  • Document Control

You will be required to work alone at times and on your own initiative so you must come with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task with accuracy. A team player attitude and a desire to be part of a well performing team is also essential.
