Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Clerical Assistant on a temporary basis until 31/03/23. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be a hybrid role.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Provide administration assistance to all colleagues within the Tenancy Service Team.
- Sort and scan files.
- Maintain and update records
- Minute taking
- Field enquiries relating to tenancy matters.
- Arrange appointments for team members
- Answering calls.
Clerical/administration experience essential.
