ISO Administrator

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a ISO Administrator on a fixed term contract basis until March 2023

The position will be based in Falkirk however there is also scope for some home working and/or working from the Edinburgh office some days.

To assist where appropriate within the Curb~6 property maintenance service including:

• Provide administrative support for the Quality Management System to ISO9001:2015 standard & Health & Safety system to ISO 45001:2018 standard
• Provide administrative support for achieving ISO accreditation in any future areas.
• Monitor and update internal processes to ensure continual improvement
• Monitor and maintain internal issues log and escalate to managers as appropriate.
• Maintain and update document management register, ensuring all documents are version controlled, kept in line with retention schedules and published appropriately.

For this role experience in the following is required:

• High standard of IT literacy and microsoft office knowledge
• Experience of providing administrative support
• Experience working in a repairs or H&S environment is highly desirable
• Carry out internal audits
