Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Technical Assistant on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Elgin.

The role will be a temporary contract for 6 months

The main duties of the role are:

• responsible for carrying out costing and invoicing of works orders including reconciling invoice payments and coding sub-Contractors accounts for payment within agreed targets.
• create and update access databases for training records, sub contractor data and works order information.
• Maintain a register of all calls received in relation to the heating servicing contracts.
• Input works information to a database.
• Create and issue notification to tenants of programmed services weekly
• Improve communication within the repairs team and to ensure that colleagues and customers are kept informed of the programming and progression of all repairs,

Excellent administration skills are essential for this post and previous experience working within a technical/maintenance department or organisation would also be beneficial.
