Due to a new development being awarded this has created a job opening for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Aberdeen.

Your new role

As an Assistant Site Manager Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be a key member of the project team assisting to deliver all operational activities through to development completion. You will have the opportunity to use your technical, project and people management skills to provide accurate programme information. A clear emphasis will be placed on health & safety; cost management against budget; customer satisfaction; quality and direct employee/subcontractor management & development.

What you will need to succeed

You will come from a trades background and be able to evidence your ability to manage a multi-trade construction team and deliver projects on time; budget; safely and have a high expectation of customer satisfaction. You will have a 5-day CITB SMSTS, 3-day First Aid Certificate and a Management CSCS card.
