Key responsibilities

You should be able to operate strategically, assess and develop procedures to reflect industry best practise, and have expertise in a planning function or substantial front-end construction project management. It is crucial to understand the inter-dependencies between the design, procurement, and commercial processes, as well as how they affect planning and programming. You will have the chance to enhance and develop your skills to advance your career.

You'll be accountable as a Planner for:

  • Strategic planning procedures, such as regional protocols for bid and construction stage planning, programme control, and reporting, are developed to assure best practises and robustness.
  • Giving all regional bids planning support, managing the evaluation and review process to identify programme restrictions, statutory and contractual duties, analysing and managing programme risk, and developing effective programme and logistics solutions and materials in support of bid submissions.
  • Help the bid team develop commercially appealing bid solutions.
  • coordination of and assistance with the delivery of client presentations and interviews
  • Control the programme intelligence transfer from the bid to the contract.
  • programme suppositions, output and resource estimations, and supply
  • Make that operational programme reporting adheres to the CPA standards and provide analysis and commentary on how much programme float is being used.
  • Initiate, complete, and submit delay analysis and report compilation tasks in collaboration with project management teams.
  • Make that the regional planning function is kept up to date on the most recent developments in legal theory and case law.
