Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with this small family run, nationally renowned Architectural Studio. With a full order book, and enquiries continuing to flood the inbox, we are now looking for a qualified Architect with high end residential experience to fill a senior management role within the firm.

It is maybe important to point out that the client has said it is his intention to promote this individual to an Associate within the firm.

This opportunity is for a chartered Architect, who has high end residential experience, who is looking to take that next step in their career. Primarily the role will be to act as the lead Architect for the practice, where you will have technical support below you. However, you will also have the opportunity to push on with your career into a more management focused role.

This does not just mean management of staff, or multiple projects, but also with the general day-to-day running of the practice. The client is therefore looking for a sharp, pragmatic and personable individual who can act as an ambassador for his practice. It is important that the successful candidate will be highly efficient with proven organisational and management skills, and will need to demonstrate that they have the confidence to communicate across all levels, as well as with clients and suppliers.

It is critical that you have the ability to cope with a varied workload in an environment that demands the regular repetition of certain tasks. This is a great opportunity for an Architect who is looking for a new challenge in their career. Be that someone who is looking to test themselves in a managerial role, or someone who is looking to progress to an Associate, or simply someone who is looking to get out of a larger practice and into a smaller firm, then this role would offer you what you are looking for.

In order to achieve the top end of the salary bracket advertised, it will be crucial that you will have operated at a senior level within Architecture, and be able to make an immediate impression with regards to client contacts, and business development further down the line as you take on the associate role.
