Job description
Morgan Hunt are recruiting Maintenance Technicians for work with a large public sector organisation based in Glasgow. You will be part of a team ensuring all building fabric assets are maintained to the highest standard. You will be part of a large facilities team carrying out regular inspections and providing minor repairs to internal building fabric elements such as plaster work, joinery, decoration etc.
The ideal candidate will;
- Come from a maintenance background
- Have experience in a similar role, competent in building fabric repairs (basic joinery, plastering, decorating etc)
- Have experience installing fixtures and fittings using structural fixings
- Be experienced in the safe operation of construction plant and access equipment
This is a long term temporary contract for a period of 12 months with the potential to go permanent.
35 hours per week, either 8am -4pm or 10am - 6pm.
£14.00 per hour PAYE
Weekly pay, long term work.
