Business Improvement Officer

£33642 - £37000 per annum

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Business Improvement Officer on a permanent basis with a well renowned public sector organisation. The position will be based in Lanarkshire and will be required to work 35 hours per week.

Role Details

  • In charge of the process of mapping, review and design
  • Documenting and mapping both 'as is' and 'to be' operational processes, as well as SME interviews, setting up workshops and achieving approval
  • Develop, analyse and implement projects for teams and management within the organisation
  • Required to cleanse data and identify problems that may occur
  • Work, communicate and coordinate with colleagues across the entire organisation


  • Experience in leading, designing and delivering projects
  • Knowledge of analyst frameworks, business and process mapping
  • Knowledge of business requirements such as change and project management methodologies
  • IT skills that can be communicated to a high standard, both verbally and written
  • Collaborative and ambitious


  • 35 hours per week
  • Lanarkshire
  • Hybrid (required 2/3 days a week in office)
  • £37000
