O365 Service Desk- Fully Remote

£90 - £110 per day

Job description

Who You Will Be Working for

Large public sector organisation based in Scotland. The organisation is undergoing a significant amount of digital transformation, including a large Microsoft 365 rollout across a large number of end users.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving I.T. queries and problems. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer experience and satisfaction, you will also be responsible for effectively communicating any I.T. issues and subsequently resolving the problem. You will be working in particular on the Microsoft 365 service desk dealing with queries around Microsoft products.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate relevant I.T. experience
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information before acting on it
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products e.g. Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
