IT Support Officer

Job description

We have a current opportunity for an IT Support Officer on a permanent basis with a well established & reputable association with sites across Scotland, with their head office in Lanarkshire.

Role Responsibilities

• Help the technical co-ordination and set up of networks and infrastructure
• Work in partnership with suppliers, monitoring and processing invoices to assist with BIM
• Co-ordinate and lead on delivery of IT Projects
• Assist and aid with others IT Skills
• Provide 3rd part support
• Guide, advise and maintain company policies and procedures

Role Requirements

• Experience in supporting and administrating Microsoft Platforms, Windows Servers and Desktops
• History of working with IaaS and SaaS environments
• Ability to deliver IT Projects
• Experience in 2nd/3rd Line Support
• Solving complex IT problems
• Strong Organisational and Business Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and team work

Role Details

• Permanent
• £29,000-£37,000
• Hybrid Working
• Travelling to other office locations and remote sites, as well as occasionally staying away from home overnight is required for this role
• 34.5 hours per week
• Excellent Pension & Holiday allowance
