Junior Service Desk Analyst

Job description

Morgan Hunt have a current opportunity for a Junior Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis with a well established organisation. The position will be based in Edinburgh.

Role Responsibilities

• Offer support-responding to emails, calls and tickets
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support
• Support both on site and remote IT issues to the whole company
• Mend issues related to computers, hardware, software and mobile devices
• Administrate various IT Systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365

Role Requirements

• 1 year of 1st line support
• Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows 10
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications
• High standard if written and oral communication skills

Role Details

• Permanent
• Office based in Edinburgh
• up to £25,000
• Must attend the office 5 days a week
