Senior Business Analyst

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis with a well established services organisation . The position will be based in Glasgow.

Key duties

• Guide, structure and facilitate analysis with stakeholders and sponsors for current and future business needs
• Ensure standard of analysis delivery will achieve project success
• Leading the requirements analysis and translate business needs to prioritised list
• Follow best practice and support change team to maintain quality throughout
• Establish and nurture knowledge and understanding of the business to share and provide insight for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experienced in a senior BA role
• Agile Experience
• Involvement in a digital transformation programme
• Working practice of BA methodologies and tools
• Proven leadership and relationship management experience

• £50,000-£55,000
• Hybrid Working
• Head Office in Glasgow
