Morgan Hunt have teamed up with an award winning, international Organisation as they're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Moray team on a hybrid basis.
As a Service desk Analyst you will be a point of contact for all IT Technical services and support for this Company's staff and partners.
The Successful Service Desk Analyst will need to have:
* At least a years experience working in a Service Desk function.
* Working knowledge and experience of ITIL.
* A background supporting Microsoft Office applications, helping to troubleshoot and supporting technical issues.
* Experience working with remote support tools as well as an enterprise service management system.
