Service Desk Analyst

Up to £30000 per annum Pension

Job description

Morgan Hunt have teamed up with an award winning, international Organisation as they're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Edinburgh city centre team.

As a Service desk Analyst you will:

  • Perform both remote and hand on fixes
  • Install and upgrade software and hardware
  • Offer support for all IT equipment
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Help in the deployment of new hardware
  • Make and analyse documented resolutions and prevent any problems for the future.

The Successful Service Desk Analyst will need to have:

  • At least 3 years working as a 2nd line engineer/support analyst.
  • Working knowledge and experience of ITIL.
  • A background supporting Microsoft Office applications, helping to troubleshoot and supporting technical issues.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows 10
  • Experience working with remote support tools as well as an enterprise service management system.


  • Salary- up to £30,000
  • Edinburgh based-must attend the office 5 days a week
  • Pension & Benefits package
  • Must hold a valid Drivers Licence
