Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcing Officer on a 6month FTC, remote/hybrid working with offices based in Edinburgh, paying up to £30,500 pro rata.

Role

The Resourcing Officer will support the Resourcing Advisers and Resourcing Manager to provide the business with expertise and guidance to maximise resourcing opportunities.

Resourcing Officer Responsibilities

  • Ensuring day to day recruitment campaigns are run efficiently, accurately and on time whilst managing customer expectations
  • Providing clear communication, expert advice, and guidance to hiring manager for running internal and external recruitment
  • Reviewing processes to ensure they are efficient
  • Running recruitment campaigns using the e-recruitment system
  • Producing resourcing metrics to senior managers when requested
  • Working with external providers to ensure suitable advertising and selection methods are used
  • Work effectively with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies to ensure effective recruitment
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver projects that support and enable the business transformation

Resourcing Officer Profile

  • Previous experience in a Resourcing/Recruitment position
  • Ability to work with others to deliver recruitment campaigns within a busy environment, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Experience of collaborating with business areas to understand and interpret their needs
  • Demonstrable experience in determining appropriate recruitment methods for roles
  • CIPD membership (or working towards)
